					<description><![CDATA[I have had back pain of varying degrees all my life. I believe it to be attributed to falling out of a trree as a child. I have though led an active life for the most part including  running, weightlifting and  other activities. But I am 59 now and am weary of the constant nagging and occasional flare ups that redline my pain meter. I have avoided pain meds, they don&#039;t help.]]></description>
