					<description><![CDATA[Totally Agree with this WELL written admonishing article. PRAISE. I eat a WHOLE FOOD, PLANT BASED, No Mushrooms, No Yeast, both tend to CONSTIPATE because TOUGH and LEATHERY and ARE NOT PLANTS and negatively affect the Gut Microbiome,  EDEN DIET and for EVERY meal I have CHOSEN myself to adopt; generally either One Pear minimum or Two Prunes to my Fruit meal, just for Fibre and bulk to assist defecation ease. For the Vegetable meal I always ADD a wedge of raw Cabbage or Cooked Brussell Sprout to help keep me regular. It works WELL.]]></description>
